The fine print, in plain language.
Authorized users & guests
Credits belong to the company account and are shared across the users your company authorizes. Your account administrator adds and removes authorized users, and multiple users may use WORKHQ simultaneously, subject to available credits and workspace capacity. Every person using WORKHQ must sign the applicable WORKHQ access agreement before using the facility. Corporate Access users may use credits while hosting clients, prospective clients, candidates, and business guests — an authorized company user should normally be present unless WORKHQ approves otherwise. Credits may not be resold, transferred to unrelated companies, converted to cash, or marketed as the company's own day passes.
Reservations & cancellations
All reservable resources are subject to availability. Advance booking windows: Corporate Access 25 — 14 days; Corporate Access 60 — 30 days; Corporate Access 120 — 45 days; Enterprise — custom. Open coworking may be used same-day, subject to capacity. Coworking days can be canceled before use or check-in at no penalty. Meeting rooms and Priority Access Offices require 24-hour cancellation notice — with a late cancellation or no-show, credits remain deducted, though WORKHQ may waive this at its discretion for emergencies.
Terms, upgrades & downgrades
Month-to-month plans require 30 days written notice to cancel. On 12-month agreements, pricing is locked for the full term; early termination is available only for material breach, mutual written agreement, or another expressly approved contractual reason, and the agreement converts to month-to-month at the end of the term unless renewed under a new agreement. Upgrades take effect immediately, with additional credits issued based on the upgraded plan and prorated billing if applicable. Downgrades take effect the next billing cycle, with no mid-cycle refunds. Standard membership pauses are not offered; Enterprise exceptions may be approved in writing.
Payment & billing
Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Credit/debit card and ACH are accepted — ACH is available to all Corporate Access customers. Invoice terms such as Net 15, Net 30, and Net 60 are not offered. Access may be suspended for delinquent accounts. Month-to-month pricing may change with at least 30 days notice; 12-month pricing is locked for the full term, with new pricing applying only at renewal or conversion to month-to-month.
Cancellation & unused credits
Credits have no cash value — they are nonrefundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to another company. Upon cancellation, credits remain usable through the final paid billing period, and rollover credits that would extend beyond the final paid period expire at the end of that period.
Capacity, availability & dedicated space
Corporate Access does not guarantee access to any specific resource. WORKHQ may restrict access to certain areas, require reservations, temporarily close spaces, adjust access during events, and limit bookings during high-demand periods, offering reasonable alternatives when appropriate. Corporate Access does not include dedicated desks, permanent workstations, dedicated storage, exclusive offices, permanent signage, guaranteed private office availability, or permanent mailing/address privileges unless separately purchased. Credits purchase access, not exclusive control of WORKHQ spaces — an entire coworking or event area cannot be reserved for exclusive company use unless separately contracted.
Events, branding & partnership
Corporate Access users receive member-rate access to applicable WORKHQ programming, plus access to select included events when specifically designated. It does not automatically include all events, premium ticketed events, private events, special programs, or third-party events. Corporate Access is a workspace customer product, not a sponsorship product — it does not include logo placement, website partner recognition, sponsor recognition, category exclusivity, or public partnership status. Organizations that want strategic, public partnership benefits may separately purchase a WORKHQ annual partnership.
Conduct & company responsibility
All Corporate Access users remain subject to standard WORKHQ policies, including professional conduct, respectful behavior, noise expectations, security and access rules, property rules, guest rules, childcare-area restrictions, and technology/Wi-Fi rules. WORKHQ may revoke an individual user's access without automatically terminating the entire company account. The company remains financially responsible for account charges, damage caused by authorized users, misuse of company credentials, applicable guest damage, and unauthorized resale or transfer of access.
